Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 95 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 15, false alarms – 41, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, burnt meal – 6, cooperation with other services – 1, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 10 fires, residential sector – 5. 3 people were injured , 1 person was saved.

Yesterday, voluntary firefighters together with fire departments extinguished three fires, and at the same time providing significant support in firefighting. On August 1, 2016, volunteers and workers of fire service defended a house from fire in the village of Kugushevo of Zelenodolsk District. That the same say, volunteers saved a private barn from fire in the village of Kirillovka in Bugulma District.

Today, thematic videoconference meeting was held under the leadership of the head of the emergency department, Vladimir Puchkov, in the National Crisis Management Center. It was initiated to the preparation of educational organizations to the beginning of the new academic year.

Children who have their holiday in “Raduga Talantov” day care school camp based on New Ubey secondary school visited the separate post on the protection of the village of Ubey of Drozhzhanoe Municipal District of Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to get acquainted with firefighters’ work. The excursion to the fire station was attended by 15 children accompanied by pedagogues.

Today, it was especially funny and crowded in “Zarechye” children’s health camp. Children from at once six camps within the jurisdiction of “Yal” city center met on a big ground of “Zarechye” to compete in knowledge and skills in the field of life safety. For that, participants in teams should pass six thematic interactive stations which were prepared by the event organizers.

12 employees of fire extinguishing and rescue operations service (FEROS) from Almetyevsk, Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk and Kazan attended the competitions. The participants passed norms of fire and combatant training. These are hundred meter obstacle course, pulling up on a crossbeam, shuttle run and climbing the hook ladder up to the training tower’s window on the 4th floor. According to the results, the Deputy Chief of FEROS of OFPS-5, S.N. Guryanov, from Kazan won the competitions. The Duty Shift Chief of FEROS of OFPS-2, G.V. Semashko, from Almetyevsk garrison took the second place. Major Assistant of Duty Shift Chief of FEROS of the Crisis Management Center, R.M. Girfanov, took away the bronze to Kazan.
