On September 4, the Minister of Emergencies of Russia Yevgeny Zinichev, while on a working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, held a visiting coordination meeting on the readiness of the control bodies of the forces and means of the RSF of the Republic of Tatarstan for action on purpose.
Opening the meeting, the Minister noted that the leadership of the subject pays considerable attention to the issues of protecting the population and territories from emergency situations and ensuring fire safety. In the region, there has been a decrease in the number of man-made fires and the number of deaths on them, and forest fires have not been recorded in recent years.

Today, September 3, 2020, the All-Russian historical dictation on the events of the Great Patriotic War is held throughout Russia and abroad. The teaching staff and employees of the Training Center of the Federal Fire Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, together with their leader Mansur Kantemirov, took an active part in writing the Dictation of Victory. The All-Russian dictation is conducted in order to attract the general public to study the history of the Great Patriotic War.
This event, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory, is attended by representatives of different countries, different professions and beliefs at thousands of sites in Russia and abroad. Before the start of the dictation, the participants listened to video messages from the Chairman of the Moscow City Council of Veterans Vladimir Dolgikh and a member of the Bureau of the Supreme Council of the United Russia party Sergey Naryshkin.

Incidents for September 2, 2020:
During the day in Tatarstan, fire departments left on alarm 46 times. Of these, for false calls - 15 times, for an accident - 1 time, for a short circuit without burning - 2 times, for burning food - 1 time, for interaction with other services - 12 times. Fire department eliminated - 14 fires, of which in the residential sector - 5 fires, other objects - 9 fires. There are no dead and injured.
The causes of the fires were: violation of the rules for the arrangement and operation of electrical equipment - 1 fire, violation of the rules for the arrangement and operation of furnaces - 1 fire, careless handling of fire - 10 fires, arson - 2 fires.
Departures of units to extinguish fires - 7 times.
Departures to accidents of duty units of the PSS at the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan - 5 times. Of these: to unlock the doors - 1 time, to search work - 1 time, to other - 1 time, the help of rescuers was not required - 2 times. For preventive work - 16 times.

The rules for using a fire extinguisher, ways to help the person on whom the clothes caught fire, as well as providing pre-medical care for burns - students of Kazan school No. 33 learned about all this today during a training session conducted for them by employees of the department of supervisory activities and preventive work in the Aircraft Building District of Kazan. An educational lesson was held at school as part of Child Safety Month.

Firefighters eliminated 21 fires, of which the residential sector - 5 fires, the vehicle - 1 fire, unexploited buildings - 1 fire, other objects - 14 fires.
The causes of the fires were: violation of the rules for the arrangement and operation of electrical equipment - 2, violation of the rules for the arrangement and operation of furnaces -  1, careless handling of fire -  17, other causes -1 fire.
Departures of DPO units to extinguish fires - 5 times.
Departures to the incidents of duty units under the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and other emergency rescue units - 4 times. Of these: to other - 2 times, to unlock - 2 times. For preventive work - 13 times.

The beginning of the new school year is a special day for freshmen, symbolizing a new stage of personal growth, comprehension of the chosen profession.
On September 1, at a solemn construction, students were welcomed to meet the first day of the new school year in the ranks of the Tetyush State College of Civil Protection.
169 freshmen joined the college staff - these are 7 study groups.

Measures to prevent child injuries were discussed today at a briefing that was organized for representatives of the media on the media site of the Tatar-inform news agency. The briefing was attended by the head of the human safety department at water bodies of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Regina Gayazova and traumatologists at the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital.
The speaker of the Ministry of Emergencies Regina Gayazova spoke about child injuries at water  of the republic. At the beginning, she cited statistics, which, unfortunately, increased this year compared to last year. Since the beginning of the year, 79 people have died on the water  of the republic, which is 27 more than in the same period last year (52 people). The death of children also increased (an increase of 5 people).

On the first day of the new school year, according to good tradition and within the framework of two large-scale events - the thirtieth anniversary of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia and the Month of Child Safety, employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan take part in the Knowledge Day with students of educational institutions and conduct classes on compliance with life safety measures. So today, ordinary schoolchildren, in addition to the solemn speeches of teachers, received a kind parting word from the employees of the Ministry of Emergencies. It is worth noting that the time of such classes was not chosen by chance. Many children have returned from rest and have already forgotten the safety rules that must be observed so as not to endanger their lives. Therefore, EMERCOM employees once again reminded the guys of the rules of safe behavior, as well as a single emergency call number "112," if the disaster still happened.

As part of the All-Russian lesson on life safety, rescuers of the Kazan search and rescue squad - a branch of the EMERCOM of Russia held a lesson on the basics of safe behavior among students of the sixth and seventh grades of Kazan school No. 171.
On such a sunny and warm day, EMERCOM employees deployed their equipment and a rescue car in the schoolyard. Ordinary schoolchildren immediately surrounded the rescuers and began to listen with interest to their advice on safe behavior at home and in nature. After a short conversation, professionals also shared with the children the secrets of their service and demonstrated in action an emergency rescue tool that helps them in eliminating the consequences of various incidents.

So say the children of employees of the Detachment - Almetyevsky branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Management of Contractual Divisions of the FPS GPS in the Republic of Tatarstan." The leadership of the detachment provided assistance in collecting schoolchildren for the new school season not only to its subordinates, but also to the poor families of the district.
The organizers paid special attention to first-graders, this year for the first time at the desks of their children they are preparing to send 76 families from among the workers of the detachment. The pre-holiday atmosphere of preparation covered various corners of the southeast of the republic. After all, the personnel received material assistance in the form of a cash premium in all 14 units of the detachment.
