Exemplary training of municipal civil defense services had been organized in Kazan
Representatives of the Kazan municipal authorities, as well as city emergency and emergency services, started their working day today with an emergency message to their mobile phone about putting No. 1 on alert. On the territory of Kazan, as well as throughout the country, a training session was held on the deployment of civil defense forces and means with the participation of Federal and Republican Executive authorities and local self-government bodies. In the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, about a dozen and a half different facilities were involved in the training.
The first item in the expanded list of MD objects was the point of sanitary treatment of personnel of MD formations removed from the zones of possible chemical contamination. This was followed by working out a practical introduction to the elimination of the consequences of an accident on the heating main. Then the Commission evaluated the actions of the mobile food supply units based on the JSC "Department of food and social nutrition" and the mobile clothing supply unit based on the LLC "Kazan-Vostok-Service". At the special transport processing station deployed on the territory of the municipal unitary enterprise "Passenger motor transport enterprise No. 2", actions were demonstrated to decontaminate equipment.
During the debriefing training for civil defense, held in Kazan, head of Department of RT Ministry of emergency situations Pavel Rodionov praised the readiness of action of the personnel groups to perform tasks. He also thanked the heads of enterprises and organizations for their responsible approach to participating in the all-Russian civil defense training.
