Family, love and fidelity day at SBI "Service — 112"
As part of the celebration of the All—Russian holiday "Day of family, love and fidelity", a number of events were held at the SBI "Emergency call service - 112" in order to strengthen team spirit and support a positive psychological climate in the team and families of employees. Recommendations are given on events that will strengthen family values, improve family interaction and mutual understanding; reading books, watching movies together; attending city street festivals, celebrations, and promotions.
The event in the format of a webinar brought together service staff who are parents in the Call Centers of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as all interested parties.
Adolescence is one of the most difficult stages in human life, a time of rapid physiological and psychological changes, when the foundations of an adult personality are laid, self—awareness and value orientations are formed. However, it is then that initiative, critical thinking, the ability for deep empathy and social responsibility are laid.
We considered the risks of bullying separately, both in real life and in the digital environment: experts explained how to recognize the signs of bullying, what position a parent should take, and how to help a child restore self—esteem and a sense of security.
An important block was the topic of early signs of emotional distress and methods of safe conversation on difficult topics.
The participants highly appreciated the practical significance of the webinar and expressed a desire to continue such meetings on a regular basis.
