Two Children Died in a Fire in Kazan

The fire was extinguished at 11.17 A.M. 51 people and 13 units of techniques, including 32 people and 8 units of techniques from EMERCOM of Russia, were involved in liquidation of fire consequences. The cause of the fire is being ascertained.
