Fire safety of educational institutions is the general care
At today's briefing in the Republic of Tatarstan Cabinet there was a speech about spent work on preparation of educational institutions for the new academic year beginning. Assistant of the general state inspector of the RT on fire supervision, the colonel of internal service Farit Shamratov has acted with the report on a condition of fire safety of schools and kindergartens the assistant to. He has noticed that by Central administrative board of the MES of Russia in the RT in interaction with RT Cabinet and Ministry of Education and Science of the RT, and also local governments, the complex of the organizational and practical actions directed on maintenance of fire safety of educational institutions has developed and has carried out.
Since July, 2009 participation of employees of the State fire supervision at work of the commission for acceptance of educational institutions to the beginning of academic year has been organized. By17.00 Moscow time on August, 24th, 2009 the interdepartmental commissions in interaction of employees of the State fire Supervision by new academic year 97,27 % (2134) schools are accepted.
- All of you know that systematic work on realization of the Federal law from July, 22nd, 2008 «Technical regulations of requirements of fire safety» is now carried out. – has underlined F. Shamratov. - So, according to the decision of RT Cabinet from September, 10th, 2008 since January, 1st, 2009 in 68 settlements, divisions of fire protection, where objects of social sphere with mass stay of people at night, including educational institutions, are created. Overall it is planned to create divisions of fire protection in 82 settlements.
For performance of fire-prevention actions in educational institutions during the current year it is mastered 53 million 54 thousand rubles that has allowed to mount automatic fire alarm systems at 46 schools, to equip 39 schools with systems of the notification of people about a fire.
In the end of his report, Farit Shamratov has especially noticed that with a view of safety increasing of children in the beginning of academic year, and also restoration after a school vacation their skills of safe behavior, Central administrative board of the MES of Russia in RT, the Ministry of civil defense and emergency situations of Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Tatarstan from August, 20th till September, 20th 2009 are going to spend the month of safety of children. During the month spending the exercises of measures of fire safety, performance on parental meetings, distribution among pupils and parents of instructions and leaflets, performance in mass-media, carrying out of competitions, quizzes have been planned. Regarding realization the functions of the State fire supervision actions for supervision of observance the requirements of fire safety in all 2194 educational institutions (schools) during the current year are organized and carried out. Overall, according to the current legislation bodies of the State fire supervision for infringements the requirements of fire safety, 1233 managers and officials and also 31 companies have been involved in administrative responsibility. The spent complex of organizational-practical actions for maintenance of fire safety has allowed achieving decrease in amount of fires in educational institutions from three, for the similar period of last year, to two during the current year.
