The results of the Service-112's work for the period January 9 - 15, 2026

During the reporting period, 51589 calls were accepted and processed by specialists, 35503 incident cards were created. To date, about 57% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: for medical care – 33.3%, for police – 30.2%, for firefighters and rescuers – 23.7%, for housing and communal services – 2.4%, for emergency gas services – 1.9%, for other reasons – 8.5%. According to the results of the past week, the average waiting time for a response was 05 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk to applicants was 1 minute and 16 seconds.

Psychologists of the Service-112 conducted 91 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 545 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
