During the reporting period, 41944 calls were received and processed by specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls, and 34273 incident cards were created.

To date, about 57% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: for medical care – 34%, for police – 30%, for firefighters and rescuers – 22.9%, for housing and communal services – 2.7%, for emergency gas services – 1.6%, for other reasons – 8.8%.

According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a specialist's response was 07 seconds, and the average conversation time was 1 minute and 12 seconds.

Psychologists conducted 114 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 229 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
