October 4 is the Day of Civil Defense of the Russian Federation. On this day in 1932, the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR approved the "Regulations on the air defense of the territory of the USSR".
Nowadays, the civil defense of Tatarstan solves the tasks of a social orientation to ensure the safety of the life of the population in large-scale emergencies and fires.
On this significant day, I express my great gratitude to the veterans of civil defense who devoted their lives to ensuring the safety of the population and territories from emergencies of peacetime and wartime. Your rich experience, wisdom, noble deeds and deeds are always an inspiring force for us.
