Fire-tactical exercises were held at a gas transportation facility in Nizhnekamsk
On October 26, the Nizhnekamsk production division of the Oktyabrsk Branch for Gas Transportation of SG-trans JSC held planned fire and tactical exercises of the forces and means of the Nizhnekamsk Fire and Rescue garrison.
According to the plan of the exercise, on railway track No. 5 (on the tank preparation overpass), during the degassing of propane residues from the tank to the flare installation, as a result of depressurization of the rubber-fabric sleeve and fittings of the railway tank, a propane cloud released into the atmosphere.
The forces and means of the Nizhnekamsk fire and Rescue garrison were attracted by the elevated rank No. 2 in the amount of 11 pieces of equipment and 27 people.
The fire and tactical exercises are designed to work out the actions of fire and rescue units during the liquidation of a fire, to help firefighters confidently navigate the object, as well as to interact effectively with the personnel of the enterprise and with life support services.
