    On the eve of the All-Russian Father's Day, the representative of the detachment of the Federal Fire Service of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Divisions in the Republic of Tatarstan, Andrey Smetanin, was encouraged by the Association of Fathers of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, which turned 20 this year.
