Rafis Khabibullin: «Let the children go to school with joy»
The head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin extended a helping hand to a large family living in the village of Starye Yumraly of the Apastovsky municipal district. Before the start of the new school year, the head of the Tatarstan central board personally presented sweet gifts to all children, and school children - sets of school clothes and accessories.
A few months ago, a great misfortune befell a family where three minors are being brought up - the children were left without a mother. Rafis Khabibullin did not leave his fellow countrymen in trouble. Together with the head of the Apastovsky district, the head of the emergency department visited the family and presented gifts for children.
Then the head of the main department inspected the Old Ural school, where a festive school bell will ring for students on September 1. The school has completed major repairs, it is fully ready to receive students.
