    In connection with the holding in Kazan of the Russian Triathlon Championship and championship (aquathlon discipline) in the waters of the Kazanka River within the boundaries of the city of Kazan, Alexey Pesoshin signed a Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan banning the use of small, recreational, sports and sailing vessels in the waters of the Kazanka River on the section from the Kremlin Dam to the third transport dam "Compressor the bridge".
