The units of the EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan solemnly celebrated the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation
Today, on the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation, employees of the Crisis Management Center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a solemn construction, at which the best employees of the department were awarded.
On August 22, 1991, the tricolor Russian flag was officially raised over the White House in Moscow for the first time, replacing the red banner with a hammer and sickle as the state symbol.
Today, with the participation of the personnel of the divisions of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, solemn meetings dedicated to the "Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation" were held. Also, within the framework of public and state training, classes were held with personnel on the history of the formation of the National Flag of the Russian Federation.
