The EMERCOM warns of responsibility for burning stubble, crop residues and dry grass

    Recall that in Russia, burning grass is prohibited all year round. The Government of the Russian Federation, by a decree of November 10, 2015, prohibited burning dry herbaceous vegetation on agricultural and reserve lands, in the right-of-way lanes and right-of-way lanes, and security zones of railways, overpasses and product pipelines.
    Those guilty of burning dry grass bear administrative responsibility. This entails punishment in the form of a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of five thousand to fifteen thousand rubles. For officials - from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles. For persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity without the formation of a legal entity - from forty thousand to sixty thousand rubles. For legal entities - from three hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.
    In addition, such actions can cause a major fire and lead to human casualties, and then the perpetrators of the fire will be criminally liable.
