Connected by one goal... or the skill of a firefighter "special forces"
This type of competition is one of the most respected among firefighters, since it is held in conditions that are really close to combat, all tasks are performed in combat clothing and with the use of respiratory protection. In addition, it is not so much the individual readiness of the participants that is important here, as the degree of their interaction with each other.
Fourteen teams from the fire and rescue units of the detachment arrived in Almetyevsk to participate in the championship dedicated to the memory of firefighters who died in the line of duty. Each is represented by a link consisting of four fighters. The contestants were divided into two subgroups. While some went to test their theoretical knowledge in the classroom, others put on combat clothes and went to the start.
When making an assessment, the strict judging panel takes into account penalty points not only for mistakes at a distance, but also for incorrect answers on theoretical tasks. As a result of calculations, congratulations on the victory are accepted by the hosts of the championship – the team of 15 SRU from Almetyevsk. The second and third places were taken by 77 SRU (Yamashi village) and 81 SRU (Mavrino).
