Maxim Trushchin: do not leave children unattended!
Maxim Trushchin, Deputy Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Fire Supervision, reminded about this simple rule at a briefing today. It was held at the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications "Tatmedia" on the topic "On measures to prevent the death and injury of minors".
Analyzing the situation with fires, the speaker of the Ministry of Emergency Situations noted that 93 children died on the territory of the Russian Federation in the first quarter.As for our republic, the analysis showed that over the past five years 30 minors have died in the fires and 134 have been injured of varying severity.
The analysis of fires that caused injuries to minors showed that the main causes of fires were careless handling of fire, childish prank and explosion.
