RVFS employees organized an excursion to the fire station for people with disabilities
To visit a fire station, to learn about the work of firefighters, about fire volunteering – all this is interesting for both children and adults. Open days and excursions to fire and rescue units in Zelenodolsk are held regularly. With another request to the specialists of the Zelenodolsk interdistrict branch of the RVFS, specialists of the center for social services of the population "Rehet" addressed. Many wards of the social center dreamed of seeing the everyday life of firefighters with their own eyes. And now their dream, albeit a small one, has come true.
Employees of the 53rd Fire and Rescue unit showed the guests their equipment, emergency rescue tools, combat equipment. They told in detail about fire trucks, how and in what cases they attract this or that special equipment. Everyone could try on the combat clothes of rescuers, sit in the cockpit of a fire truck.
