Fire-tactical exercise: firefighters worked out actions to extinguish a fire at the "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" PJSC facility
Planned training sessions on the territory of the Nizhnekamsk industrial complex are designed to work out the actions of fire protection units during fire elimination, help firefighters confidently navigate the protected object, as well as effectively interact with the personnel and life support services of the enterprise.
To work out these tasks, the personnel of the duty guards of the fire and rescue units of the detachment of the Federal Fire Service of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Divisions in the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a fire-tactical exercise at the ethylene Wires Management facility of PJSC "Нижнекамскнефтехим".
According to the plan of the exercise, as a result of a violation of the technological process, an ethylene leak occurred in the building of the compressor station with the formation of an explosive gas concentration. This led to an explosion followed by the flare gorenje product.
The fire was declared liquidated by the 45th minute after the alarm was given. The actions of the fire protection units and the personnel of the facility received a satisfactory assessment.
