The forces of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan are involved to ensure the security of festive events in honor of the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria
From May 19 to 21, 2022, events will be held on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the celebration of the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria, which will be attended by up to 5,000 people from 72 countries and 38 regions of Russia. To ensure the safety of the celebration of the memorable date, the forces and means of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, consisting of 360 people and 100 pieces of equipment, were involved.
By decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republican Organizing Committee was established to prepare and hold the celebration of the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria. 5 main events are planned to be held in the framework of the celebration of the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria.
