Hydrological situation on April 18

    Spring filling continues at the Kuibyshev reservoir. Over the past day, water levels in most of the water area of the Kuibyshev reservoir have increased by 10 – 31 cm . Water levels in the reservoir within the territory of Tatarstan are observed at levels below the average annual maximum values of 128 – 442 cm .
    At the Nizhnekamsk reservoir , water levels have increased by 1 – 6 cm over the past day .
Ice drift of varying intensity is observed in the Kuibyshev and Nizhnekamsk reservoirs.
    The spring rise of water levels with a daily intensity from 8 cm to 16 cm continues on the Vyatka and Izh rivers. The flood wave continues to decline on the other rivers of the republic.
