At the initiative of the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Rafis Khabibullin in households where internally displaced persons from the DPR and LPR live, autonomous smoke fire detectors are installed free of charge. So EMERCOM employees are worried about the fire safety of those who had to leave their homes in their homeland due to hostilities.
There is experience in ensuring fire safety of socially unprotected categories of citizens in Tatarstan, therefore, the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan decided on additional protection measures. This initiative was supported by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and for these purposes 41 million 869 thousand rubles were allocated from the reserve of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
