A dozen fire safety rules for preschoolers

11 February 2022, Friday

As part of the prevention of the death of children in fires, the interdistrict department of supervision and preventive work in Aksubay and Nurlat municipal districts has intensified work on promoting fire safety measures among minors since the beginning of 2022.
The theme of the classes held in preschool institutions was "A dozen fire safety rules". Almaris Talipov, senior inspector of the interdistrict Department of supervision and preventive Work in Aksubay and Nurlat municipal districts, presented exactly 12 fire safety rules necessary for kids to the young public and their teachers. Lessons were held in Kindergartens No. 32 "Rainbow" and No. 14 "Fairy Tale".
Here is the same dozen fire safety rules that the SFS inspector introduced to the children and educators:
1. Do not play with matches, lighters, pyrotechnic products.
2. Do not light bonfires in courtyards and garden plots.
3. Do not set fire to dry grass, leaves, poplar fluff and hay.
4. Do not put knitting needles, scissors and other objects into the socket.
5. In no case do not turn on electrical appliances yourself, do not ignite the gas stove and stoves.
6. In case of fire, immediately leave the burning apartment. If you have a younger brother or sister at home with you, take them by the hand and leave the apartment with them.
7. Report the fire to adults, neighbors. Shout "FIRE", call for help from adults. A fire must be reported to the fire department by calling "01" from a landline phone, "101" from a cell phone, "112" a single emergency call number.
8. You can not use the elevator, you should go down the stairs to the street.
9. Never return to the burning room, even for your favorite toy or things.
10. If the smoke has already entered the apartment, cover your nose and mouth with a wet cloth and make your way to the exit crouching as low as possible to the floor.
11. If it is not possible to exit through the door, escape on the balcony or near an open window. Call for help, wave your hands and attract the attention of passers-by.
12. You can not hide in the closet, under the bed and in other secluded places.
After teaching the children, the EMERCOM employee paid attention to adults, having conducted an instructional lesson on fire safety with the technical staff of preschool institutions.
