Kazan Thermal Power Plant-3 is the largest thermal power plant in the city. Uninterrupted heat and power supply to large industrial enterprises, the Salavat Kupere microdistrict and residential buildings in Kazan depend on the reliable operation of the station.
According to the legend of the exercises, there was a spill of fuel oil at the station on a plot of 50 square meters. The power engineers checked the warning system of the Thermal power Plant, prepared equipment, worked out the collection and equipment of personnel, the actions of the management staff in the elimination of the consequences of the accident and the rescue of workers in the current situation. As a result, the emergency fuel oil spill was localized in time, the accident was eliminated.
Similar trainings are held at the stations on a monthly basis. Such measures make it possible to keep the safety of power facilities under increased control, monitor the quality of interaction between power engineers and fire service personnel.
