In Zelenodolsk district, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations during the Epiphany holiday not only ensure the safety of people, but also do preventive work.
This year, on the territory of the Zelenodolsk municipal district, festive services were organized in 15 Orthodox churches, of which fonts were equipped in 7 places. 126 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations provide security at the venues of festive events. Police officers and medical workers are also on duty.
Previously, all bathing places in open reservoirs were checked for safety. Tents of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia were installed in the Raifa Monastery and on Lake Ilyinsky to heat bathers.
In addition, this year, employees of the 8th fire and rescue squad not only ensure safety, but also remind people about fire safety measures. They distribute memos and leaflets to everyone who comes to perform the bathing ceremony.
