Memory of the dead, honoring veterans and the oath of young employees. The Main Department has worthily celebrated 372 years since the creation of the fire protection of Russia

In honor of the 372nd anniversary of the fire Protection of Russia and the 76th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a solemn rally was held at the memorial to the memory of the fallen employees of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by veterans of the fire department, the widows of the deceased employees, as well as the management team headed by the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Rafis Khabibullin.
The ceremony continued with the awarding of the veterans of the fire service with commemorative medals "30 years of the EMERCOM of Russia" for their services in the development and improvement of measures in the field of civil defense, protection of the population and territories from emergency situations, ensuring fire safety and the safety of people on water bodies and in connection with the 30th anniversary of the formation of the EMERCOM of Russia. The head of the Tatarstan main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia presented awards to the following employees:
Anatoly Anikin;
Alexander Borodin
Ravil Yenikeyev
Viktor Filippov
Olga Nefedova
Robert Cherkasov
For services to the Republic of Tatarstan in preventing and eliminating the consequences of accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters and ensuring fire safety, the Gratitude of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded to:
Major of the internal Service Yevgeny Lukoyanov
Major of the internal Service Sergey Manurin
Several other officers were given the next special ranks one step higher.
At the end of the award ceremony, Rafis Khabibullin made a congratulatory speech to the employees and veterans of the fire department. After that, the names of 30 employees who died at the combat post, whose names are immortalized on the memorial stele, were announced.
After the traditional minute of silence, emergency workers handed flowers to the relatives and widows of the fallen firefighters. The solemn event ended with the laying of flowers at the foot of the memorial.
