This was announced today by the chief state inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for small vessels Yuri Venediktov during the next preventive raid on the Volga river.

The object of inspections this time were owners of small boats and wild beaches. Before the start of the raid, Yuri Venediktov said that since the beginning of navigation in the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 1.5 thousand raids have been conducted in search of violators on the water. During this time, more than 600 people were brought to administrative responsibility for various offenses. Among the main violations (about 300 drawn up protocols) - disregard for the rule of using a life jacket. Ignoring this requirement can result in a fine of up to 500 rubles, or a warning.

Next in "popularity" are: violation of the rules of navigation, fishing on the ship's course, the use of a small vessel by a person who does not have the right to manage the MS, as well as the management of a small vessel that has not passed registration and technical inspection. For these violations, the fine was significantly increased from 5 to 20 thousand rubles. Moreover, according to the Chief state inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for small vessels, walking through the water expanses on a watercraft without rights and registration threatens to "tow" to the impound lot. Since the beginning of navigation, SISV inspectors have sent 13 boats and boats under "arrest".

Pick up the ship from the impound lot was now much more problematic. Yuri Venediktov explained that before the ship will return to the owner, he will have to pass training on the rules of managing a small vessel, pass successfully exams. And only then pay the fine and get the boat back.
