Before the Knowledge Day, there was organized a holiday in the 8th squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan for the children of its employees, who will have to enter the school for the first time on September 1. The children were led to the review excursion to the museum of Zelenodolsk fire and rescue garrison. The first-graders could sit at firefighters’ desks, try means of personal respiratory protection. All of them were given first-grader’s collections, sweet gifts, memorable souvenirs, timetables and fire safety memos.

Incidents as of August 30:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 39 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 14, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 6, outhouses – 2.

The Deputy Chief of the Department of Supervision and Preventive Work of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel of inner service, Maksim Truschin reminds citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan about unpredictable consequences of natural fires, which can happen as a result of combusting of dry grass and garbage. More than 1,700 burnings of grass and garbage were registered on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

This year on October 4, the civil defense of our country will mark its 85th anniversary. Before this significant date there were ‘GO – BE A CITIZEN’ competitions among teams of enterprises and organizations of Chistopol municipal district in the village of Galaktionovo, Chistopol District in the ‘Rovesnik’ camp base. The event was organized by two departments: of youth, and EMERCOM for Chistopol District.

Today, future first-graders, children of employees of the central apparatus of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, and Kazan fire and rescue garrison took part in the ‘Hello, School!’ holiday. The children were given ‘First-grader collections’. The organizers tried to maximally entertain the children and make a funny ‘EMERCOM’s Day’ for the young guests. The festive start to the school life turned out unforgettable and interesting.

The award took place in the Cannon Yard of Kazan Kremlin where traditionally before the Republic’s Day there is held solemn ceremony of giving state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. In his greeting speech, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all the gathered with the coming holiday and expressed appreciation for special achievements and results in working. Recall that Eduard Illarionov got heavy injuries during extinguishing big fire in a warehouse of Kazan Gunpowder Factory which happened on March 24, 2017.

Incidents as of August 28:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 69 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 19, false alarms – 25, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 10, other – 2. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 4, garden houses – 1. 1 person was injured; 10 people were saved.

On August 27 at 6.42 PM there was received a message about that there was burning grass near the town of Alekseevskoe at the 6th km of the Alekseevskoe-Bilyarsk road. At 6.49 PM the fire and rescue department No. 104 arrived to the scene. They found the grass burning on the area of 500 sq. m. At 7.20 PM a tractor arrived to plow the burning site. At 7.39 the open burning was eliminated. The guilty of burning the grass bear administrative responsibility.

On August 25, the fire and rescue department No. 56 received young guests, first-graders, children of employees and workers of fire and rescue departments of the 15th squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan. Within the ‘Help to Prepare for the School’ action there was organized a holiday event with gifts for the preschoolers.

On August 27, 2017 at 10.00 PM, there was received message about that 3 people, including 2 children, got poisoned in a private bathhouse in the settlement of Petropavlovka, Leninogorsky District. When an ambulance brigade arrived, it found bodies of the dead: a woman born in 1982, and her two daughters born in 2012 and 2008.
