The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Gave the Medal of Courage to the Family of the Heroically Dead Guard Chief of FRD-3, Eduard Illarionov

The award took place in the Cannon Yard of Kazan Kremlin where traditionally before the Republic’s Day there is held solemn ceremony of giving state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. In his greeting speech, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all the gathered with the coming holiday and expressed appreciation for special achievements and results in working. Recall that Eduard Illarionov got heavy injuries during extinguishing big fire in a warehouse of Kazan Gunpowder Factory which happened on March 24, 2017.
