Accidents for February 5, 2019:

Fire departments of SFS of Main emergency management Russia on RT went on alert 39 times. From them on false calls-12 times, on interaction with other services – 15 times, on burning of food – 1 time, on short circuit without burning -1 time. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-7 fires, including the residential sector - 4 fires, outbuildings-2 fires, objects of various forms of ownership - 1 fire.

The open day for primary school students of the gymnasium №32 in Nizhnekamsk was organized by the employees of the Department of supervision and preventive work of Nizhnekamsk district in the branch of the Center for fire propaganda and public relations, which is located in the building of the city fire and rescue unit. On this day, the educational process of the children was replaced by an informative excursion to the fire exhibition.

Accidents for February 4, 2019:

Fire departments of SFS of the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia on RT left on alarm 32 times. From them on false calls-11 times, on interaction with other services – 10 times, on burning of food – 2 times, on short circuit without burning -1 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-8 fires, including the residential sector-5 fires, outbuildings-1 fire, objects of various forms of ownership-2 fires.

The reason for the meeting was the signing of a cooperation agreement between EMERCOM of Russia and All-Russian student rescue corps in Moscow. The head EMERCOM of Russia Evgeny Senichev and President of RSRC Evgeny Kozeev today signed a joint cooperation agreement.

This was stated today by the first Deputy Chairman of the Commission on prevention and elimination of emergency situations and fire safety of the Republic of Tatarstan – first Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin during an unscheduled meeting of the Commission on prevention and elimination of emergency situations and fire safety of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting discussed the issue of "additional measures to reduce the number of fires and deaths."

In the Alekseevsk municipal area the team of young firefighters "01" conducts active daily activity. Today to evaluate your advocacy work, the guys invited the chief on the office of Supervisory activities and preventive work of Alekseevsk and Rybnaya Sloboda municipal districts Oleg Echev.

Performances, which are conducted by young friends of firefighters, aimed at instilling skills of fire-safe behavior among peers. Regular guys teach the knowledge themselves and have the use of self-made visual-agitation materials. According to the developed scenario, the children manage to introduce students to the issues of personal and collective security in a playful way, develop an interest in fire prevention, emergency situations and the ability to act in case of fires. This is especially effective when working with preschoolers.

In order to stimulate the creative growth of the squad, the Chief state inspector for the Alekseevsky municipal district for fire supervision handed the guys caps, and, of course, gave a couple of tips for more successful consolidation of skills of fire-safe behavior among peers.

Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-11 fires, including the residential sector-5 fires, outbuildings-3 fires, trailer-1 fire, objects of various forms of ownership -2 fire.
The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 6 fires, violation of the rules of the device and operation of furnaces - 1 fire, careless handling of fire - 3 fires, arson -1 fire.
Departures of the units of VFP on fire fighting – 4 times.
Departures of the units of SRS for firefighting 8 times. Including: unblocking - 4, others - 2, traffic accident – 1, removing the ring from his finger -1 times. For professional work-9 times.

For the second time in the 15-year history of the all-Russian fire-applied sports tournament for the Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan leaves Kazan. The home team could not keep the long-term leadership and lost the first place to the representatives of the Northern capital in a bitter struggle. The three winners were closed by the team of Chelyabinsk region.

In overcoming the 100-meter obstacle course among the girls of the younger group 1 place was won by Dayana Nafikova - the Republic of Bashkortostan. The second result from Victoria Borodina from Moscow. Bronze in the asset Alexandra Malyuginoy (Kirov oblast).

Fire: Apastovsky area, village Shemyakovo, street Hadi Taktash, a house with two apartments. On arrival at the place of the firefighters in 13.46, in the brick-built one storey semi-detached house there was a thick smoke. At 13.56 open burning was eliminated.

As it turned out, the child's mother went to the bath to wash, leaving the child 4 years alone in the house, closing the door on the latch. Returning from work, the father saw a strong smoke in the apartment, opening the door, he saw in a strong smoke that the child was lying at the door. The man took out his son and called operational services. Together with the wife they tried to pump out the kid before arrival of physicians. However, the arrived physicians recorded death, the child of 2016 year of birth received poisoning by products of burning. The fire area was 4 square meters.

The increase of the number of fires and deaths of people on the fires was the reason for an extraordinary meeting of the Commission on emergency situations and fire safety of Zelenodolsk municipal district on February 1, 2019.

Since the beginning of 2019, 27 fires have been registered in the territory of the municipality, 14 cases more (+ 52%) compared to the previous year.  The number of deaths exceeds the same figure last year by 67 % (in 2019 - 3 people were killed in the fire, in 2018, 1 person was killed in the fire).  As a result of recent case – in the dacha cooperative in the village of Oktyabrsky the fire destroyed six houses and killed 37-year-old man.

A decision was made at the meeting, in accordance with which all interested services and departments have to perform a range of preventive measures aimed at ensuring fire safety of the population of Zelenodolsk district.
