Since the beginning of 2019 – from 1 to 5 January – 37 man-made fires occurred in the territory of Tatarstan, which, unfortunately, suffered 8, killed 2 and saved 2 people.

Today in the Park "Sosnovaya roscha" turned around several sites for the master class, where Kazan and guests of the capital could try themselves in the role of a fireman, carpenter and Builder. This festive event was organized for residents of Kazan and tourists arriving on new year's days in the capital of Tatarstan, by the administration of the Kirov and Moscow districts of Kazan with the involvement of EMERCOM staff in the framework of the "Professional winter".

Currently, the situation that has developed as a result of heavy snowfalls, is of particular concern to the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in Tatarstan. Unfortunately, not all officials of municipal bodies, institutions and organizations quickly and efficiently fulfilled their duties to eliminate the consequences of heavy snowfall. 

New year celebrations are not complete without the use of various pyrotechnic products that are in great demand among the population. Failure to comply with fire safety rules when using pyrotechnics, as a rule, leads to injury to citizens.

We remind, on January 1, on the territory of sports and entertainment complex "Snezhynka" in Almetyevsk 23-year-old girl received severe fractures after she rolled down the mountainside on an inflatable tubing and hit the metal structure. The victim was evacuated to hospital. Now she is in intensive care in a serious condition.

In order to avoid new year and Christmas holidays accidents from violation of fire safety rules in the operation of gas equipment, the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia on RT warns: the most common sources of carbon monoxide are faulty gas, oil, wood stoves, gas appliances, water heaters in swimming pools and engines that emit exhaust gases. Cracks in furnaces, clogged chimney, blocked by snow or due to lack of wind protection chimneys can lead to the fact that carbon monoxide will reach residential premises.

From them on garbage-1 time, on false calls-19 times, on interaction with other services - 12 times, on burning of food – 3 times, on short circuit without burning -2 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-7 fires, including the residential sector-5 fires, objects of various forms of ownership-2 fires. 3 people were injured. 2 persons were rescued.
The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electric equipment – 3 fires, violation of the rules of the device and operation of furnaces - 1 fire, careless handling of fire - 3 fires.
 

Incidents for December 28:

From them on garbage-2 times, on false calls-9 times, on interaction with other services - 17 times, on burning of food – 3 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-8 fires, including the residential sector - 4 fires, outbuildings-3 fires, objects of various forms of ownership – 1 fire. Unfortunately, 1 person was killed.

The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electric equipment – 2 fires, violation of the rules of the device and operation of furnaces - 1 fire, careless handling of fire - 3 fires, arson -1 fire, other reasons - 1 fire.

On carrying out rescue operations-2 times.

Departures units DPO on fire fighting - 1 time.

Departures units DPO for firefighting – 12 times. Including: unblocking - 6, -1 rescue operations, traffic accident-2, others -3%. For professional work-7 times.

On the first day of school holidays, the Department of supervision and preventive work in Bugulma municipal district together with the Department of LLC "all-Russian voluntary fire society" and the teaching staff of the Palace of schoolchildren organized an unusual event for students of 16 city schools. Each of the schools was divided into teams that began to compete in the knowledge of fire safety.
