Accidents for February 4, 2019:
Fire departments of SFS of the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia on RT left on alarm 32 times. From them on false calls-11 times, on interaction with other services – 10 times, on burning of food – 2 times, on short circuit without burning -1 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-8 fires, including the residential sector-5 fires, outbuildings-1 fire, objects of various forms of ownership-2 fires.
The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 3 fires, careless handling of fire - 5 fires.
Departures of units of VFP on firefighting – 1 time.
Departures of units of SRS for firefighting – 7 times. Including: unblocking - 4, others - 3 times. For professional work-9 times.

04.02.2019, 20.25, Almetyevsk district, Bulgar-1 village, about 20-25 km remained to Almetyevsk.
Car VAZ 2115, broke down on the road. In the vehicle are the driver, born in 1979 and three passengers: a woman born in 1984 and two girls born in 2010 and 2018. Having arrived to a scene, rescuers of SRP of the Almetyevsk area transplanted the woman with children from the cold car in the rescue car, warmed (hot drink and blankets). Then children with the woman put in the passing car to the Almetyevsk town. The driver called a tow truck. After loading the car, the driver VAZ-2115 left on the tow truck to the service station.
04.02.2019, 14.20, MSC, Mamadysh district, 945км the M7 motorway.
Rest area “Rakhmat Polyana” near kiosk No. 11, there was the man unconscious. Eyewitnesses called rescuers. Rescuers of ZSRS No. 5, having arrived to a scene, brought the man to feelings and didn't allow him to freeze. Put in the car, warmed, gave to drink hot tea and called ambulance crew. After that, the victim was handed over to the doctors of the SMP of Mamadysh.
The main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan appeals to residents with a request not to leave children unattended.
- It is especially dangerous to leave children alone in locked apartments or rooms. In the fire they can't get out of a burning building out.
- Remember: the duty of every adult is to stop playing with fire, to explain to children their danger.
- Take care of the safety of their children, explain to them that in a fire, you must immediately leave the room, and then call the single emergency number "112".

Remember: the fire does not occur by itself. The reason is - human negligence and carelessness in circulation with fire. In a state of alcoholic intoxication, a person loses control over himself and his actions, and can not bear any responsibility for the life of another person.
