Measures for safe passage of the spring flood in the Republic of Tatarstan discussed today in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic during the scheduled meeting of the Republican Commission on prevention and elimination of emergency situations and fire safety. The theme of the meeting: "on the readiness of the Territorial subsystem of RSES to implement measures for the passage of melt water and take measures to prevent and mitigate the consequences of possible emergencies associated with the spring flood."

This year, spring can bring its own surprises. Dangerous water levels are expected on the rivers of Aksubayevo, Alekseevsk, Alkeevsk, Kaibitsk, Zelenodolsk, Novosheshminsk, Nurlat and Chistopol municipal districts.

Flood control works in Kazan are in full swing, according to the planned activities, Ferdinand Timurkhanov, head of the civil protection Department of the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan, said during the inspection of traditional problem areas, where measures are now being taken to ensure the smooth passage of flood waters.

- To date, the weather favors the safe passage of the flood. According to the forecast, the most difficult flood situation may occur in the territories of the Soviet and Volga districts of Kazan. If such weather conditions are maintained and all flood control measures are carried out in time, the flood for the population of the city of Kazan will be held with minimal damage, - Ferdinand Timurkhanov predicted the development of further events.

On the eve of the spring school holidays, employees of the emergency Department of the Republic conduct open lessons and classes on fire safety with students of General education institutions. The next lesson with Zelenodolsk schoolchildren in the children's Palace of culture "Alye Parusa" was organized by employees of the 8th squadron of the Federal fire service.

Squads of young firefighters are created in schools for preventive work. Therefore, members of the SYF are considered indispensable assistants to the Ministry of emergency situations in informing citizens about fire safety measures.

The propaganda action organized on the division of supervisory activities and preventive work in Aksubaevo, Nurlat municipal district together with high school students "Aksubaevo school No. 3", "Aksubaevo school №2", "Aksubaevo school №1", consisting in the ranks of the SYF, has caused positive emotions among the villagers. Within Podoroga bypass young assistants were handed leaflets to residents p. G. T. Aksubaevo and pointed out those safety rules which you must pay attention in the cold season in the first place.

This kind of event, involving volunteers and community members are held everywhere in the Republic in the framework of the Year of the disaster prevention and bring only positive dynamics.

SFS of Main emergency management Russia on RT fire departments went 45 times. The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 1 time, careless handling of fire – 6 times, other reasons – 2 times.

Departures fire Department on carrying out of rescue works at liquidation of consequences of accident – 2 times. Departures of units of VFP on firefighting – 1 time. Departures of units of SRS and branches of VRSRS of EMERCOM of Russia for firefighting – 16 times.

Still, children's games with fire are one of the most frequent causes of fires, as a result of which there are childrens’ deaths or injuries, employees of the Federal state fire supervision are actively working to instill the necessary skills from early childhood in the course of thematic sessions on the culture of fire-safe behavior.

Today, the senior inspector of the inter-district Department of supervision and preventive work in Muslyumovsk and Sarmanovsk municipal districts Renat Idiyatullin held a series of activities for kindergarten students.

Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-4 fires, of them in apartment buildings - 1 fire, in outbuildings-1 fire, in garages – 1 fire, on other objects-1 fire. The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 2 times, careless handling of fire – 2 times.

Departures of fire Department on carrying out of rescue works at liquidation of consequences of accident – 3 times, 1 person was rescued. Departures of units of SRS and VRSRS of EMERCOM of Russia for firefighting– 5 times. From them on unlocking doors – 1, demercurization – 1, traffic accident – 1, security – 1, others – 1 time. On preventive work-12 times.

Workers of the separate post for the protection of New Kashirovo v. of Almetyevsk detachment of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan held an open doors day for children of kindergarten №1 "Kunbagys" in Novoye Kashirovo v. of Almetyevsk district of Tatarstan Republic.

The tour began with a demonstration of the office space: the guys were able to see where the work and train firefighters, what means of fire extinguishing are used to eliminate the fire, with the help of what tools to carry out rescue work. The guys looked at the equipment with interest and, of course, did not miss the opportunity to sit in the cockpit of a fire truck. At the end of the event, the children were told about the main causes of the fire and what to do if a fire happens. Pupils with great interest listened to firefighters and asked their questions. And workers of a separate post in turn answered all questions of children and handed them memos on fire theme.

Employees of a separate post for the protection of Fedotovka village of Almetyevsk fire brigade of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a training session by the evacuation of students and staff of the main secondary school of Fedotovka, Leninogorsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The purpose of this training was to develop the skills of students and teaching staff for the evacuation. After triggering the automatic fire alarm, the watchman on the speakerphone announced the fire and turned on the sound warning system. The Director of the school organized the evacuation of students and staff. Teachers immediately took the children to the street, had a building in front of the school and checked the log the presence of all the disciples, and then reported to the Director. Training passed successful, no violations were detected.

Three days, from March 12 to 14, in Almetyevsk the volleyball competitions among fire and rescue units 2-DFFS on RT (contractual) passed. The main purpose of these competitions-popularization of this sport among divisions of FGBI "2nd group of FFS of SFS on RT (contract)". Volleyball is the one of the most common games in Russia. Mass, truly national character of volleyball is explained by its high emotionality and availability, based on the simplicity of the rules of the game and the simplicity of the equipment.

During the three days of the competition, each of the 13 teams managed to play at least 4 games, the points of which the judges identified the finalists. All experiences of players and fans were visible to the naked eye: cries of joy at victory and restrained advice at loss.

The last game was the most exciting. And this year the winner of the competition was the team 11-SRU from Leninogorsk. The permanent leader – 81-SRU this time was in second place. And bronze was won by 73-SRU team from Nurlat.
