In order to prevent loss of life on water bodies and in connection with the beginning of the process of spring melting of ice on the waters of the Republic of the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan from 17.00 22 March puts temporary rescue posts in places of mass release of people on the ice, which will work around the clock.

In total, round-the-clock duty will be organized in 8 places of mass exit of people on the ice:

in Kazan, Zelenodolsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Laishevo, Chistopol, Nizhnekamsk, near the locality of the Karatay of the Kamsko-ustyinsky municipal district, near the dam of the bridge over the Kama river in the territory of the sand basе JSC "Alekseevskdorstroy" of the Alekseevsk municipal district.

At 15.55 on March 21, it was reported that in Naberezhnye Chelny, HPP, Zamelekes'e bridge on the river Melekeska 3 teenagers walked on ice, breaking with their feet the ice. There was a threat of failure under the ice. On arrival, teenagers were on the shore. Preventive work is carried out among adolescents on safe behavior on the water with the distribution of monuments.

Recall that there is a legislative ban on access to the ice thickness of less than 7 cm in violation of the prohibition is authorized to implement the Protocol in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 3.10 of the administrative code of RT. This offense entails punishment in the form of a warning or an administrative fine from 1500 to 2000 rubles for citizens.

On March 21, 2019, a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on protection of population and territories from emergency situations and fire safety under the Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal district was held. Meeting in the videoconference was chaired by Deputy Plenipotentiary of RF President in Volga Federal district Igor Panshin. Igor Kutrovsky, first Deputy head of the Ministry of emergency situations, took part in the work of the Interdepartmental Commission.

The regional stage of the all-Russian festival-contest "Crystal stars" was held in Tatarstan. The competition was organized by the Office of the Federal bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan. This unique project is designed to support gifted children from the families of law enforcement officers and other government agencies, as well as to develop the cultural traditions of the Russian Federation, the development of inter-ethnic and inter-regional relations in the field of children and youth creativity, strengthening the authority of the family and family values.

Fire departments of SFS of Main emergency management Russia on RT went on alert 40 times. From them on false calls-22 times, on short circuit without burning-2 times, on burning of food – 5 times, on interaction with other services – 4 times. Fire Republic eliminated-6 fires, including garages-1 fire in the car-1 fire in the baths and saunas – 4 fire. 

The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 2 times, violation of the rules of the device and operation of furnaces – 3 times, other reasons – 1 time.

During the last three days, the prevention group of the Vysokogorsky municipal district visited families in a socially dangerous situation and registered with the social protection bodies within the framework of operation "Housing-2019". The preventive group consists of employees of the district Department of supervision and preventive work of the Department of supervision of the main Department of EMERCOM of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of social protection, "Complex center of social service of the population "Emet", gas service, management companies, local governments.

Incidents for March 20: 

Fire departments of SFS of Main emergency management Russia on RT went on alert 27 times. From them on false calls-13 times, on short circuit without burning-2 times, on burning of food – 2 times, on interaction with other services – 5 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated - 2 fires, of them in country houses - 1 fire, in outbuildings-1 fire. 

The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 1 time, other reasons – 1 time.

Departures of fire Department on carrying out of rescue works at liquidation of consequences of accident – 2 times, 1 person was rescued.

Departures of units of VFP on firefighting – 1 time.            

Departures units and branches of VRSRS of EMERCOM of Russia for firefighting - 18 times. From them on unlocking doors – 7, traffic accident – 1, transportation of the patient – 3, demercurization – 1, pumping melt water – 1, others – 5 times. On preventive work-20 times.

Today, in one of the schools of Arsk district, employees of the district Department of supervision and preventive work together with employees of the Tatarstan Republican branch of all-Russian public organization "All-Russian voluntary fire society", encouraged children – winners of the district stage of the contest of children and youth creativity in the field of fire safety "Neopalimaya Kupina".

This competition, held annually by Tatarstan Republican branch of all-Russian public organization "All-Russian voluntary fire society", as one of the forms of influence on the study and acquisition of additional knowledge in the field of fire safety, for many years continues to be relevant and in demand.
