Grass and garbage burning, making fires and cooking kebabs in Tatarstan are banned
This was reported today by Deputy head of the Department of supervision and preventive work of EMERCOM of Russia on RT Colonel of internal service Maxim Trooschin during a briefing for media representatives. In addition to the representative of The Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia for Tatarstan, Tatarstan Minister of forestry Ravil Kuzyurov Took part in the meeting with journalists. The discussed issue is "On ensuring fire safety in the spring and summer in the forests and settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan".
For violation of fire safety requirements under article 20.4 of the administrative Code provides for punishment:
part 1 in the form of a warning or administrative fine:
for citizens in the amount of two thousand to three thousand rubles;
on officials - from six thousand to fifteen thousand rubles;
for persons engaged in business activities without forming a legal entity - from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles;
for legal entities - from one hundred and fifty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.
part 2. The same actions committed in the conditions of special fire-prevention regime - entail the imposition of an administrative fine
for citizens in the amount of two thousand to four thousand rubles;
on officials - from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles;
for persons engaged in business activities without the formation of a legal entity - from thirty thousand to forty thousand rubles;
for legal entities - from two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.
