1 to 7 floor 14 people (including 4 children) went out of the house, 8 and 9 floors are examined by units of gas and smoke protective service. There was a burning of two apartments №22 and №23 on the 8th floor and the balcony of the 9th floor.

At 12.46 liquidation of open burning, one injured man is rescued. Pre-fire area was 80 sq. m.

In total, on a place forces and means of the Kazan city link of the territorial subsystem of RSES as a part of 86 people and 30 pieces of equipment, including from EMERCOM of Russia - 64 people and 20 pieces of equipment were involved in elimination of consequences of incident.

Today in the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan readiness of staff of task force and an operational staff for reaction in case of emergency during the flood processes in the Republic was checked.

Construction of the personnel of the task force took place on the territory of the Republican Control Center in crisis situations. During the inspection, the head of the operational planning Department Colonel Igor Dragunov inspected not only the presence of overalls for each specialist of the operation group, the efficiency of an autonomous power source, the equipment of special vehicles and the mobile control point of the EMERCOM of the Russian Federation for the RT, but also checked the knowledge of their functional duties.

The personnel of the operational staff of EMERCOM of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan had a similar check.

Fire departments of SFS of the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia on RT left on alarm 32 times. The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment -1 fire, careless handling bend -1 fire, fire -1 fire.

This was stated today by Acting Minister for civil DEFENSE and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Surzhko during a briefing organized for media representatives in the Cabinet of Ministers. The main theme was - "about the readiness of the territorial subsystem of the RSES to implement measures for the passage of melt water and measures to prevent and mitigate the consequences of possible emergencies associated with the deterioration of the flood situation."

As a rule, the most vulnerable segments of the population are elderly citizens and children. Older persons are the group of the population whose safety is most exposed to risks due to deteriorating physical and mental abilities, due to which they lose their vigilance. To prevent such fires with the death of elderly citizens, first of all, relatives need to pay due attention to them, and the inspectors of SFS, for this purpose, carry out appropriate preventive work.

Today the inspector of Department of supervision and preventive work on Zainsk municipal area Zulfiya Rizvanova with employees of Complex centers of social service of the population "Joy" visited in the area of a residence of elderly citizens which age over 70 years.

Firefighters of the Republic eliminated - 4 fires, including the residential sector - 3 fires, objects of different forms of ownership-1 fire. Unfortunately, 1 person died.

At 12.50 on March 25 from FGBI "Management on Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan" the storm warning about the dangerous meteorological phenomenon in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in the afternoon and in the evening of March 25, 2019 of the following contents arrived:
