The causes of fires are: NPB during operation of the furnace - 1 fire, carelessness when Smoking - 1 fire rules violation wiring -1 fire.

Staff of the Naberezhnye Chelny department of the GIMS Center of Emercom of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan carried out for cadets of the Children's sea center No. 9 Naberezhnye Chelny training class in safety on ice and reservoirs. The informative occupations organized by employees of GIMS, were carried out with pupils 6 - 10 classes. At all lessons cadets listened carefully the teacher and tried to answer all difficult questions.
The Zelenodolsk became a traditional place for carrying out volleyball competition among teams of extraordinary departments of the republic. This year eight divisions of Head Department of Emercom of Russia of the Republic of Tatarstan participated. For prize-winning places volleyball players fought within two days. The final was reached by teams from Almetyevsk, Nizhnekamsk and Kazan. Winners of last year – the Almetyevsk team didn't yield the superiority in present competitions too. Teams from Nizhnekamsk and Kazan got silver and bronze. Now winners of competitions should defend a name of the republican Ministry of Emergency Situations on superiority of "Dynamo".

Workers of the Aznakayevo post of Almetyevsk department TRO "VDPO" with department of supervising activities of the Aznakayevo municipal area carried out a demonstration lesson with pupils of initial classes "Lyceum No. 4 of the City of Aznakayevo" about fire safety. Children were told about fire safety, about actions in case of a fire and about dangerous game with fire. Pupils of 8 "A" class organized colourful representation on a subject of fire safety. Also children participated in a quiz and games. At the end of a lesson rewarding of participants and winners of children's tender of fire subject took place.
On March 22 by helicopter of an avialink of Emercom of Russia aviation monitoring of a situation was carried out. The route of flight passed on all territory of the Republic of Tatarstan where had cases of flooding the territories, and also there are high rates of inventories of snow and moisture.
Results of monitoring:
1. Zelenodolsky, Kaybitsky and Buinsky areas, the river Sviyaga has 75% destruction of an ice cover, 12 places of mash places are revealed.
2. In the Southeast and East part of the Republic of Tatarstan the situation corresponds to the forecast.
