Aviation investigation of a flood situation in the Republic of Tatarstan

      On March 22 by helicopter of an avialink of Emercom of Russia aviation monitoring of a situation was carried out. The route of flight passed on all territory of the Republic of Tatarstan where had cases of flooding  the territories, and also there are high rates of inventories of snow and moisture.

      Results of monitoring:

1. Zelenodolsky, Kaybitsky and Buinsky areas, the river Sviyaga has 75% destruction of an ice cover, 12 places of mash places are revealed.

2. In the Southeast and East part of the Republic of Tatarstan the situation corresponds to the forecast.

3. Danger is constituted by ponds in the Samara region.

      As a whole the flood situation in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan corresponds to the forecast of a high water of 2014. Additional flight is planned to carry out in the second decade of April 2014 for the purpose of supervision over a developing situation in the Samara, Orenburg region and the Republic of Bashkortostan and its influence on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
