Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 76 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 7, dry grass extinguishing – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, 7 of them in the residential sector. 3 persons were rescued.

The causes of fires are: violation of electrical equipment use rules – 1, careless handling of fire – 2, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1, violation of electrical equipment use – 2, careless handling of fire during welding works – 1, carelessness when smoking – 2.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 27 times. 0 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 4.

Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 11 times. Including: door unblocking – 5, traffic accident – 1, others – 5.

In July, the city of Svitavy (Czech Republic) hosted international competitions on Fire and Rescue Sport: V World Championship among youth, World Championship among Women and III World Championship of national youth teams. They were attended by representatives of Belarus, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, South Korea. During 7 days, athletes from 12 countries of the world competed in hook ladder climbing, overcoming 100-meter obstacle course, fire relay, as well as combat deployment. Russian Federation was represented by the team of EMERCOM of Russia at the event. Within the framework of the competitions in the disciplines of fire-rescue sport girls and women competed for the first time. 

Today, emergency services of the city honed their skills on the waters of the river Kazanka opposite the Palace of Farmers. Such large-scale trainings became the first practical working before the meeting of Kazan with the first World Cup on a high-diving. The competitions will be held in the capital of Tatarstan from August 5 to 10.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 73 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 14, dry grass extinguishing – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, 4 of them in the residential sector.

The causes of fires are: violation of fire safety rules during electric equipment installation and use – 6, thunder discharge – 1, incorrect installation and defect in heating stove and chimney – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 22 times. 4 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 5.

Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 9 times. Including: door unblocking – 3, traffic accident – 1, search on the water – 1, safety provision of children’s holiday – 1, preventive activities at mass recreation places at the water – 2, others – 1.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of MES of Russia on RT went on alert 82 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 14, dry grass extinguishing – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, 3 of them in the residential sector.

The causes of fires are: incorrect installation and defect in heating stove and chimney – 1, violation of fire safety rules during heating stove use – 1, careless handling of fire – 2, violation of fire safety rules during electric equipment use – 1, violation of fire safety rules during works with fire – 1, carelessness when cooking – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 20 times. 2 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 0.

Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 16 times. Including: door unblocking – 3, traffic accident – 2, safety provision of children’s holiday – 1, preventive activities at mass recreation places at the water – 2, others – 8.

By order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, funds were allocated to pay for transportation of the humanitarian aid along the route Naberezhnye Chelny - Kazan - Rostov-on-Don. The van loaded with a total weight of 16 tons will be accompanied by the employees of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in RT. The issue on the admission of the humanitarian aid was studied with the Administration of the Rostov district in advance. The departure is scheduled after the final loading on the basis of Industrial Technology Center of the Federal Fire Service of RT approximately at 21 o‘clock on July 30.

The second Il-76 plane of EMERCOM arrived to Tatarstan Russian with refugees from Ukraine. Special flight from Rostov-on-Don to the Airport of Kazan delivered 100 internally displaced persons, including 43 children. Today, journalists were informed by the deputy head of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan (on crisis management) Yuri Venedictov. 

Today, the ranks of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan were replenished by new employees — young graduates of institutions of higher education of EMERCOM of Russia. 16 graduates of the Academy of State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia in Moscow, University of SFS in St. Petersburg, Ivanovo and Ural Institutions of SFS waited for their audience at attestation and personnel committee, which met in the meeting room of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in RT chaired by the Deputy Chief of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in RT, colonel of internal service Rafael Motygullin.

Summer is still going on, there are many children in camps and to keep their safety until the end of their holiday, fire service personnel of the Republic of Tatarstan again decided to remind children safety measures of holidaymaking at the water, how to behave in nature and if you lost in the woods, what measures are needed to be taken, how to behave during fires, and how to help other people.
