EMERCOM Plane Arrived to Tatarstan With 100 Forced Migrants From Ukraine

The second Il-76 plane of EMERCOM arrived to Tatarstan Russian with refugees from Ukraine. Special flight from Rostov-on-Don to the Airport of Kazan delivered 100 internally displaced persons, including 43 children. Today, journalists were informed by the deputy head of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan (on crisis management) Yuri Venedictov.

The plane was met by representatives of the mayor's office, physicians and psychologists of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on RT at the airport. Some needed a medical examination at the airport.

"Temporary housing center is based on the hotel “Strela”. There are all conditions for a long stay. Temporary housing centers were examined by all services, including Rospotrebnadzor and firefighters. There was deployed a medical center. EMERCOM psychologists, police officers will work constantly"— told reporters Yuri Venedictov.
