State and Municipal Employees Have Gotten New Knowledge in the Field of Civil Defense and Protection Against Emergency Situations

In the period between November 18 and November 27, 2014, there was organized a raising the skill level of state and municipal employees of the Republic of Tatarstan, which duties comprise the solution of problems in the field of civil defense and protection against emergency situations, on the basis of Training Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

After the successful education and passing the final tests, 40 state and municipal employees from different corners of Tatarstan got certificates of professional development. There are 12 employees from EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan among them. Head of Human Resources and Civil Service of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Sergey Zaytsev congratulated students with the graduation. State employees took the certificates from Igor Privalov, director of Graduate School of Public and Municipal Administration of Kazan (Volga) Federal University.
