Incidents as of March 12:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 60 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 30, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 3, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, 3 of them in residential sector.

Causes are: violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment use – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 1, arson – 1, ascertain – 2, careless handling of fire – 2.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 10 times.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 11 times. Including: door unblocking – 2, emergency situation liquidation – 3, traffic accident – 1, preventive works – 4, trainings – 1.

Another unidentified body of a man was found today at 4:58 A.M. Rescuers are continuing to remove debris at the site of fire in “Admiral” Trade Center.

As of March 13, 2015 at 4:12 A.M., the ninth dead body was found during debris removal. Rescue operations are continuing at the site of the incident at the moment.

As of March 13, 2015 at 01:15 A.M., the eighth dead body was found during debris removal. Later the body was delivered to employees of legal medical expertise.

As of March 13, 2015 at 00:15 A.M., the seventh dead body was found and extracted during debris removal. An hour earlier there was extracted a body fragment which later was delivered to legal expertise for identification.

A man fell in through the ice near the settlement of Shumbut on the Kama. During the rescue operation there was involved a hovercraft CHIVUS-6. The victim was successfully taken out of the water. He refused from hospitalization. 

For now, 29 dump-trucks of building waste and ruined constrictions were removed. People may remain under the ruins. According to provisional data, 25 people are considered to be missed. The sixth dead body of a young man was found at 22:03 P.M.

The debris volume is about 8 thousand cubic meters. 19 dump-trucks of ruined constrictions were removed. Total of 33 units of engineer techniques are in use. 3 rescue teams are working in the zone of ES.

On March 12, 2015 at 14:00 P.M. due to weather conditions (positive air temeperature) the ice passage through the Kama in Mamadyshsky Municipal District on the route Sokolka settlement – Novozamakaisky settlement is closed.

600 people of the staff and 10 units of techniques work at the site. The debris removal is being held round clock be three shifts. At night, the territory will be illuminated. We will demolish without stoppage. Total of 232 people are involved in each shift. For today, there are 5 decedents and 16 victims, two EMERCOM employees were hospitalized, one person is missing.
