Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 5, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 12 fires, 2 of them in residential sector. 2 people were saved.
Causes are: carelessness when smoking – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 3, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, arson – 1, careless handling of fire – 3, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 3.

Employees of FD-50 of OFPS-1 for the city of Nizhnekamsk organized an open day for pupils of the beginning classes of Nizhnekamsk gymnasium number 32. More than 20 children with their parents and form-master came to the fire-station by bus that was provided be the management of the 1st Squad of Federal Fire Service.

Today at 2:03 P.M., citizens of the Republic of Ukraine consisting of 4 people, including 1 child, have arrived to a railway station of Kazan. The internally displaced people were accommodated in temporary accommodation places of the basis of “Strela” hotel in Kazan (3 people and the child), and “Santa” LLC sanatorium in Laishevsky District (1 person).
Fire trucks and a crowd of students at the building of Chemical Institute of Kazan Federal University attracted the attention of passersby, today. Training lessons on the evacuation of students and personnel in case of fire have taken place there. All people managed to be evacuated in five minutes, exceeding the standard for a full minute. The second fire department of the 7th Squad of Federal Fire Service for RT worked out the training as they should.

The group of forces and means of the territorial subsystem of RSChS consisting of 100 people and 26 units of techniques (including 25 people and 5 units of techniques from EMERCOM of Russia) realized a complex of objectives on dismantling the rest of constructions with searching operations by two shifts within 24 hours. 2 344 dump-trucks of ruins have been removed since the beginning of works that makes 44 600 cubic meters.
