Today a grand opening of large international competitions of World Series FINA on diving, which is for now testing, will take place in Kazan before the start of World Aquatics Championships in July, 2015. In order to provide safety of participants and guests of the international tournament, forces and means of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of RT are involved. The world series will take place in the Water Sports Palace from April 24 to 26.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 48 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 7, dry grass extinguishing –0, false alarms – 20, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 8, others – 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, 1 of them in residential sector.

The presentation in the Center of Simulating and Imitating Education of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of Kazan Federal University which was attended by the Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation on Civil Defense, Emergencies and Liquidation of Natural Disaster Consequences, General Colonel of inner service, Alexander Chupriyan, the Director of the Center of Emergency Psychological Aid of EMERCOM of Russia, Julia Shoygu, the Head of Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia, General Colonel of inner service, Igor Panshin, the Head of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, General Lieutenant of inner service Rafis Khabibullin, deputies of State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia, Irina Belykh and Alfia Kogogina, as well as representatives of other departments of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan, was held eagerly.

In the framework of Interdepartmental Commission on issues connected with introduction and development of systems of hardware-software complex of technical means “Safe City” the delegation, which consists of deputies of leaders of all federal ministries and departments of Russia, visited the Single Duty Dispatch Service of Zelenodolsk Municipal District.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 10, dry grass extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 36, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 4, others – 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, 3 of them in residential sector.

On April,23 at 10:00 A.M., a presentation of a project on teaching people first aid provision and psychological support will take place in the Center of Simulating and Imitating Education of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of Kazan Federal University. The presentation will be attended by the Director of the Center of Emergency Psychological Aid of EMERCOM of Russia, Julia Shoygu, and representatives of interested departments (EMERCOM of Russia, Ministry of Health of Russia, Ministry of Sports of the RF, deputies of State Duma of Federal Assembly of the RF).

Exit Meeting of Interdepartmental Governmental Commission on issues connected with introducing and developing systems of “Safe City” hardware-software complex of technical means took place in Kazan in the Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of The Government of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Rogozin.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, 4 of them in residential sector. 5 people were saved.

Chairman of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, Co-Chairman of Russian-Cuban Intergovernmental Commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation, Ricardo Cabrisas, who is in Kazan, has visited the Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The distinguished guest from Liberty Island was accompanied by the Prime-Minister of RT, Ildar Khalikov.
