The presentation in the Center of Simulating and Imitating Education of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of Kazan Federal University which was attended by the Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation on Civil Defense, Emergencies and Liquidation of Natural Disaster Consequences, General Colonel of inner service, Alexander Chupriyan, the Director of the Center of Emergency Psychological Aid of EMERCOM of Russia, Julia Shoygu, the Head of Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia, General Colonel of inner service, Igor Panshin, the Head of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, General Lieutenant of inner service Rafis Khabibullin, deputies of State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia, Irina Belykh and Alfia Kogogina, as well as representatives of other departments of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan, was held eagerly.
