To teach children and teachers act well organized and without panic in any extreme situation – this is the main purpose of lessons that are organized in schools by employees of fire service. That time the staff of the 8th Squad of Federal Fire Serice and inspectors of Supervisory Department for Zelenodolsky Municipal District held the joint event in lyceum number 14.

After the reunification of Crimea and Russia, the leadership of the 2nd Squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan that defends oil facilities of South-East of the republic received from the new constituent of the Russian Federation a mail from their former colleague Mikhail Troshin who worked on Almetyevsk squad from 1962 to 1975. The veteran recollected moments of firefighting service, especially those of horrible fire that took place 50 years ago.

Fire department of EMERCOM of  Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 56 times. Extinguishing of garbage - 3 times, for false calls - 18 times, to burning of food - 4 times, for a short circuit without combustion – 2 times, for interaction with other services - 14 times.

In Chistopol passed a final stage of republican competitions of emergency rescue units. Employees of the enterprises acting as nonprofessional operators, scouts and sanitary combatants showed the skills that necessary at elimination of emergency situations. Competitions were dated for the 25 anniversary of Emercom of Russia and the 20 anniversary of Emercom Tatarstan Republic. 18 teams from 7 cities of Tatarstan represented various industrial enterprises of republic.

Best teams visited republican competitions – the winners of city stages who were carried out among workers at the enterprises. Team actions were estimated by jury, as a part of specialists of the Head department of Emercom of Russia in Tatarstan Republic.

The deputy chief of the Head department of the Emercom of Russia in Tatarstan Republic colonel Andrey Orlov wished all participants success and a victory. The Head of the Chistopolsky municipal area Dmitry Ivanov wished to all participants’ fair victory.

These competitions have an old history and were carried out since 1961. In the 90th years such competitions was not held. The Emercom of Russia in Tatarstan Republic renewed them since 2002, and now they pass annually.

All scouts actions were estimated by time and correctness of performance. For violations or inaccuracies even of one member of team - points were removed from all team. Quicker and better than rivals was division of Kazan plant of synthetic rubber of Kirov. Last year they also were the best at this stage.

The other important direction in case of elimination of consequences of an emergency - fast adjustment of communication. Specialists of the Bugulma enterprise "Electric Networks" of JSC Network Company coped with this task quicker than the others. Last year they also became leaders.

The third component at elimination of an emergency was the first aid. The winner is – team from Chistopol grain plant.

By total results the first place was won by formations of civil defense of Chistopol city. The second place was taken by Kazan citizens. The third place took formations of Zelenodolsk.

Within  the All-Russian Festival "Constellation of Courage" In Alekseevskoye on platforms of sport centers was held volleyball competitions among teams of Search and rescue service of Emercom that devoted to the twenty fifth anniversary of creation of Emercom of Russia and the 20 anniversary of Tatarstan Republic Emercom.

In tournament participated 9 teams – from each zone search and rescue group of rescue units of EMERCOM. In total 62 rescuers took part. Competition was visited by the head of administration of the Alexeyevsky municipal district Kozonkov Vladimir Konstantinovich.

Such competitions are held for increasing the physical level and professional skill, for staff health, and also for selection the candidates for the Ministry national team to perform in superiority of the FSO of "Dynamo" among city divisions of power structures.

First place won team from Shamordan they were handed a cup of the winner, the certificate of honor and a monetary award. Second place took team from Byinsk and third place won team from N.Yaki of Mamadish dictrict they all were also handed the certificate of honor and a monetary award.

Accidents for 2 September:

Fire department of EMERCOM of  Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 53 times. Extinguishing of garbage - 2 times, for false calls - 19 times, to burning of food - 4 times, for a short circuit without combustion – 2 times, for interaction with other services - 9 times.

    Specialists of Control center in crisis situations of the Head department of Emercom of Russia in Tatarstan Republic arranged a big holiday for employee’s children. Holiday was dedicated to honorable anniversaries of the 25 anniversary of Emercom of Russia and the 20 anniversary of the Emercom of Tatarstan Republic. All specialists, cynologists and firefighters uncovered the secrets of their service. For children were shown cartoons, promotional materials and training video.  Also children participated in the contest of creativity and got memorable prizes.

On September 1, 2015, festive line was held on the open square of Tetyushi State College of Civil Defense which was dedicated to the beginning of new school year. And the educational institution meets this day with a new name. “Tetyushi Pedagogy College” was renamed to State Autonomous Professional Educational Institution “Tetyushi State College of Civil Defense”.

According to an order of the acting president of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister for Civil Defense and Emergencies of Tatarstan Republic Rafis Khabibulin took part in the celebrations that was devoted to Knowledge Day in the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal area.

Rafis Khabibulin together with the head of executive committee of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal area Pavel Lokhanov took part in celebration of Knowledge day and congratulates pupils on the beginning of academic year. The Minister for Civil Defense and Emergencies of RT also visited festival that was dedicated to Knowledge Day in "Cadet Boarding School". In honor of a holiday Rafis Khabibulin handed to pupils the LCD TV.

In the same municipal area The Minister visited just built up kindergarten.
