By 23pm for carrying out rescue, emergency and recovery and others urgent works attracted 194 pieces of equipment, including from the Emercom 66 people, 14 pieces of equipment and 841 persons. 

At the moment in the Republic of Tatarstan recovery work of the objects which were injured during the raged elements is continued. According to preliminary data, all recovery work is planned to finish tomorrow at 18pm.

The following works are carried out:

- works on roof restoration;                

- works on tumbled-down trees, release of a roadbed, power lines, territories of parks and squares from the tumbled-down trees and garbage.

To carrying out rescue, emergency and recovery and others urgent works at 23pm are involved 194 pieces of equipment, including from the Emercom 66 people, 14 pieces of equipment and 841 persons.

At the present, recovery works of objects that suffered after the raged storm continue in the Republic of Tatarstan. 841 people, 194 units of techniques, including 66 people and 14 units of techniques from EMERCOM are involved in rescue, recovery and other urgent operations. According to preliminary data, all recovery works are going to be finished by 6:00 P.M. tomorrow.

Kazan, Pavlyukhin St., 74 (a five-floor house) on the area of 800 sq.m. The metal roof fell to a bus stop. As a result of incident 11 people, including 1 child suffered. The condition of victims is estimated as average severity. Victims are sent to medical institutions of Kazan.

 19 people addressed to medical institutions. 9 people are taken to Republican clinical hospital. After medical examination 6 people are allowed to go home, 3 persons are hospitalized. 9 people are taken to City clinical hospital No. 7 of Kazan. In total 13 people, from them 1 child are hospitalized

For rendering psychological assistance work from the Emercom were sent 2 specialists. In medical institutions psychological assistance is given to victims and their relatives.

The following works are carrying out:

- works on elimination of consequences of squally strengthening of a wind and plentiful rainfall with attraction of the maximum number of emergency crews;

- works on specification of the area of the damaged roof of houses;

- analysis of a roof of the damaged objects and search of possible victim;

- medical care for victim and their delivery to medical institutions of Kazan;

In total to carrying out rescue, emergency and recovery works were involved: 648 people, 174 pieces of equipment, including from the EMERCOM 83 persons, 18 pieces of equipment.

Works on elimination of consequences of incident are continued. Organized interaction with the ministries and departments of specification of an operational situation. Also organized interaction and reaction of forces and means of a functional subsystem of Emercom on elimination of consequences of incidents. According to the latest information (18.15) on elimination of consequences already work – 648 people, 174 pieces of equipment, directly from the Emercom are 83 persons and 18 units of equipment.

The situation in the territory of Tatarstan Republic was stabilized, the forecast, including storm warning came true, influence of a complex of the adverse phenomena on activity of the population and the territory of Tatarstan Republic allowed minimizing the carried-out complex of preventive actions. 

 07.09.2015 years at 14.10 Moscow time The Emercom of the Republic of Tatarstan  was reseived information  from the Management of meteorological and monitoring of environment of RT about storm  and meteorological phenomenon in the territory of the Republic. "in the next 1-3 hours with preservation until the end of day and in the evening on September 7, at night on September 8, 2015 in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan when passing active frontal sections thunder-storms, squally strengthenings of a wind to 22-27 m/s, a heavy rain and a hail in places are expected (in Kazan – a thunder-storm, squally strengthenings of a wind to 19-24 m/s, locally a hail)".

All information  and the recommendations was immediately brought to the OKSION terminal complexes and on the site of the Head department of the Emercom of Russia in RT.

Aircraft service functioned in the regular mode. Incidents on water objects didn’t occur. Passenger ships and transit cargo vessels stopped till 17.00.

More than 100 operational messages came to GLONASS system - 112 (failure, damages of a roof, power supply violation, falling of trees, falling of displays). 

The situation in the territory was stabilized. 

 At 13.20 Moscow time 07.09.2015 Center of crisis situations of Emercom reseived  information about hard landing of R-44 Robinson helicopter in the Baltasinsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan. There was directed  rescuers and fire fighting garrison of the Baltasinsky area.

At the time of arrival it is established that 2 people were onboard.: pilot and anesthesiologist (capacity 4 persons). At hard landing the back stabilizing screw flew away and damaged the helicopter case. The helicopter performed flight along a route of RKB (Kazan, regional clinical hospital) - to Baltasi on a sanitary task (delivery of the anesthesiologist to operation).

The helicopter will be evacuated to Kazan airport by the transport, after carrying out survey by specialists of insurance company. The helicopter belongs to Aviaservice airline.

The preliminary cause of the accident – failure of onboard electronics.

Today on the hail island Sviyazhsk was organized friendly meeting of the oldest staff of the Emercom departments of two neighboring republics. Joint excursion in one of the most unique historical places of our republic was organized for veterans of fire protection of Tatarstan and the Republic of Mari El by Council of veterans of the Emercom of Tatarstan Republic. Meeting was dedicated  to the 25 anniversary of Emercom of Russia and the 20 anniversary of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Tatarstan Republic.

Sunny and windless weather once again confirmed that Tatarstan is a solar and hospitable republic. Guests was  welcomed by their colleagues with national songs and the Mari entertainments. After all was invited to excursion, guests got acquainted with different sights of Sviyazhsk .

One and  half hour acquaintance to a unique monument history didn't tire veterans at all. Veterans hope that such cultural events will turn into a good tradition of the Emercom.

Accidents for 6 September:

Fire department of EMERCOM of  Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 56 times. Extinguishing of garbage - 5 times, for false calls - 20 times, to burning of food - 3 times, for a short circuit without combustion – 3 times, for interaction with other services - 9 times.

Incidents as of September 4:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 56 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 18, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, singed meal – 4, cooperation with other services – 14. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including 2 in residential sector. 1 person was injured.

Today, a surprise awaited pupils of Kazan school number 31. In the framework of the Month of Children’s Safety and 25th Anniversary of EMERCOM Russia firefighters and rescuers organized a whole festival of safety with theoretical, practical and demonstrative lessons.
