Accidents for 31 August:

Fire department of EMERCOM of  Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 55 times. Extinguishing of garbage - 6 times, for false calls - 19 times, to burning of food - 2 times, for a short circuit without combustion – 2 times, for interaction with other services - 8 times.

 Firefighters of the Republic eliminated – 5 fires, including in the residential sector - 1 fire,  outhouses – 2 fires, objects of property (various form) – 1 fire, garden houses – 1.

Causes are: violation of fire safety rules during works with fire – 2, careless use of fire – 2, carelessness when smoking – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 13 times.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 0.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of Tatarstan Republic – 5 times. Including: searching for the lost on the water - 3, door unblocking – 1, evacuation from the cellar - 1. Preventive works – 1, preventive conversations – 9, safety provision at events –1.

Today, future first-formers, children of employees of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, became participants of “Hello, school!” festival. Cognitive and funny performance “The Lab of Crazy Professor Nikolia” was the highlight of the program. The festival continued with an excursion through fire and rescue department number 3 of 7th Squad of Federal Fire Service for the RT. Also, children had an opportunity to see State Inspection on Small Vessels.

Recall that the first admission for the 1st course on education of unique mid-level specialists in the field of protection in case of emergency and fire safety was held in 2014 on the basis of 9 classes with the period of education of 3 years and 10 months and giving the qualifications of “”Rescue technician” and “Tehnician”. The popularity of these new specialties occurred so that children not only from other regions of the republic, but also from neighboring regions – Chuvashia, Samarskaya and Ulyanovskaya Oblast came to enter the college.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 50 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 8, false alarms – 14, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, singed meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, including 3 in residential sector, 3 outhouses, 1 garden house, 1 hay.

Before the new school year the staff of the 15th Squad of Federal Fire Service organized children’s holiday in the honor of the new school year. 20 future first-formers and their parents were invited to the festive event in fire department number 56.

Incidents as of August 28:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 80 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 29, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires. 1 dead body was found in a fire, 1 person was injured.

Last Friday, oilmen of organization departments of “Tatneft” company started to demonstrate speed, accuracy and skills of overcoming obstacles on the territory of the second squad of Federal Fire Service of State Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan. The listed qualities can be necessary in case of fire-risk accidental situations.

Today, a festive opening ceremony of summer training tower of applied fire sports took plave in Kazan on “Tasma” stadium. At the same time, the opening of the training base became the honorary day of the team of the Republic of Tatarstan which won gold medals on XXIV Russian Championship on Fire Applied Sports in Chelyabinsk.

Firefighters and rescuers of Tatarstan organized a bike ride that was dedicated to the celebration of a few dates at once: 25th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Russia, 20th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Tatarstan and 70th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Active and sporty employees of EMERCOM rode out to the streets of Kazan to propagandize sport, healthy and the main – safe lifestyle by their own example. 

Before The Knowledge Day firefighters decided to organize a festival for children of their employees and invited all who is going to cross the threshold of their schools on September 1. Children were accompanied with a round-up excursion through the 52nd fire department of the City of Zelenodolsk showing how duty guards spend their days. Children were acquainted with the Single Duty Dispatch Service’s work in the city’s 53rd fire department of Zelenodolsk District. They also saw a film about the work of firefighters.
