Since the beginning of flights prohibition, 18 flights with total number of 3 789 people, including 933 children have arrived from Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Tatarstan (16 flights have arrived to International Airport “Kazan”, 2 flights have arrived to the airport “Begishevo”). For 24 hours, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan did not arrive from Arab Republic of Egypt.
Incidents as of November 17:
Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 69 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 9, false alarms – 24, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 10 fires, including 3 in residential sector, outhouses – 4. 1 person was saved.
Today, the best representatives of squads of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan contested between themselves at the final stage of the republican competition “The Best Crew Manager of FFS for RT”.
On November 17, 2015 at 11:04 A.M., burning in four-storey office building at 57, Ostrovsky St., Kazan was reported via GLONASS-112 system.
Today, memorial events dedicated to the anniversary of Boeing-737 crash of flight “Moscow-Kazan” passed near the second terminal of the International Airport “Kazan”.

As of 6:00 P.M. November 16, 2015, 949 items of baggage of citizens which returned from Arab Republic of Egypt arrived to Tatarstan. The baggage was identified and all of the owners were noticed about its arrival to date. From its total number, 543 items of baggage were distributed, 181 items were sent via “Russian Post”, 225 items are ready to be distributed. Since the start of prohibition of flights, total of 3 789 people, including 933 children, have arrived from Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Tatarstan.
The conclusion and awards of winners of Volga Interregional Stage of All-Russian Festival on People’s Safety and Rescue “Courage Constellation-2015” took place in Nizhny Novgorod on Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia.
