At the Interregional Stage of All Russian Festival “Courage Constellation” Tatarstanians Won at Once Five Nominations

The conclusion and awards of winners of Volga Interregional Stage of All-Russian Festival on People’s Safety and Rescue “Courage Constellation-2015” took place in Nizhny Novgorod on Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia.

5 prizewinners among 25 winners of the interregional stage are from the Republic of Tatarstan:

“The Best Firefighter” – Jacob Tazov, a firefighter of 47th Search and Rescue Department of Federal Budgetary Institution “1st Squad of Federal Fire Service of State Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan (contractual)”;
“The Best Watch Manager” – major of inner service Andrei Semashkin, the watch manager of 47th Search and Rescue Department of “1st Squad of Federal Fire Service of State Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan (contractual)”;
“The Best Rescuer” – Yuri Elizarov, a rescuer of Kazan Search and Rescue Unit (a branch of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Volga Regional Search and Rescue Squad of EMERCOM of Russia”);
“The Best Cynologist” – Irina Fedotkina, rescuer-cynologist of Kazan Search and Rescue Unit (a branch of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Volga Regional Search and Rescue Squad of EMERCOM of Russia”);
“Emergency Young Corr” – The team of cadets of television project “Lessons of Safety” of State Autonomous Vocational Educational Institution “Tetyushi State College of Civil Protection” (the Republic of Tatarstan).
